Earth Hour @ SkyBar

Having heard many comments from friends and forums lately talking about how good is the KLCC Twin Towers viewing from SkyBar. I went there  for drinks and photo taking with friend of mine last weekend. The place wasn't really big as i thought, it could be the long swimming pool as the center of attraction is taken most of the space and the pool only can be used by the hotel guests. Both sides of the pool are surrounded by drinking tables & the sofas seatings desk, which has the nice viewing at the twin towers from the glass windows. The walk way between the pool and the sofa seating is quite narrow, chances are... people may fall into the pool easily due to low lightings visibility. I was worried to get myself tripped into the pool while walking through it (pheeewww.....).

Unlike Luna Bar (nearby to KL Tower), there's no outdoor viewing area in there as the place
is a entirely closed-up indeed. Moreover tripod is not allowed to be used inside but camera only as advised by the bar officer. We couldn't get the nice sofa seating as it was all fully taken by the time we reached. Anyway, we still got a table next to glass windows with twin towers view but it was just too close to the entrance, which giving me a problem taking shots because of the reflection lighting bounced from the glasss (what da hell.....). Nevertheless, i still managed to snap some pictures with different settings before the Earth Hour got  started, and we saw the twin towers got lights-off and blackout finally.

Well, it would be very nice place for drinks if we were seating at the sofa seating cubicle to enjoy the towers view and taking pictures at the best angle without disturbance of reflection lightings. Even so, we enjoyed our times there before we left for dinner. Will try to get sofa seating next time if i ever come by again.
